Summary: Even though it is not a part of the actual Policy, We have summarized each section to make it easier for you to understand. Propulse Mobility Electric (Norbert Hewitt Pvt Ltd) (herein referred to as “We”, ”Us”, ”Company “or “Our”) is concerned about the Experience of the User (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your”, or “User”) of our Products/Services (“Goods”, “Orders”) from Our Website (“Site”) located at https://www.propulse.in and has provided this policy statement to familiarize you with the way in which We manage Returns and Refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any product/service that you acquired from us.

1. Purpose

Summary: Cancellations, Returns or Refunds regarding products or Services of the Company should be filed within 30 days of Receipt.

 

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that You understand the Terms and Conditions surrounding Cancellations, Returns and Refunds. You are entitled to a refund provided you file for the same within 30 days of the Purchase. Furthermore, You can raise a cancellation request via Email at: support@propulse.in.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You receive the Goods/Services or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision

All eligible refunds shall be processed by us within a period of 7 working days. We will use the same means of payment You used for the Order.

 

2. Terms of Use

Summary: Proper Documentation regarding the Purchase is to be produced for a successful cancellation/refund.

 

Return and Refund Policy can only be applicable provided proper documentation regarding the Order is available. If You are unable to produce the required documentation for the same; neither cancellation nor refund can be issued from Our side.

 

3. Conditions for Return

Summary:

 

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days

• The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

 

4. Change in Policy

Summary: We reserve the right to change/update the Terms and Conditions from time to time.

 

Propulse Mobility (Norbert Hewitt Private Limited) reserves the right to modify T&C or Services from time to time to adapt its operation to new technologies or new IT platforms, or due to administrative reasons or due to information security or regulatory requirements etc. All such updated T&C shall be applicable for availing the Service/s. At all times, updated T&C shall be available to Customers on https://www.propulse.in or in the Application. It will be notified to Customers in the form of Updates on their Application. Customers are advised to periodically update Propulse Mobility Electric (Norbert Hewitt Private Limited Pvt Ltd) Application for best user experience.
